Catalyst is the project name of this website. It is a personal archive organised around places: an interactive globe is the main way to discover curated places and the stories, projects, articles and artworks attached to them, and it hands over to a street map when you zoom in.
The site is a monorepo with a server-rendered web app, a read-only public API and a published content projection. The content itself lives in a separate private repository and reaches the public one only as a reviewed pull request. The first version, from 2022, was an e-portfolio built with React, React Spring and MUI Joy.
